Downie this review for months! There isnt a single thing to say that is less than EXCEPTIONAL about her practice! Shes fantastic, her team is fantastic, and her office is THE cutest! Youll immediately feel comfortable and in addition to being honest and trustworthy, her actual dental work is fantastic too. I even lost my temporary cap and she was able to come in after hours to help me out. For a root canal, I was in minimal pain and she was able to help me throughout the process. She noticed that i needed a root canal and immediately got me set up for the right procedures. I came to her when my dentist in NJ completely missed a massive cavity in my tooth.

The previous dentist diagnosed me with multiple cavities and suggested I get Invisalign! I was shocked since I had never had any issues with my teeth. Downie after having a very scary experience at another Dentist in Tampa. I had not been to the Dentist out of fear and of course financially and this Doc is top notch in my book. She was so willing to work with me and to give me a happy outcome. While payment as with any business is important that is never the impression you get here. All she wanted was for me to be happy with the work I was getting done. I will recommend her over and over and over again. In my entire lifetime I have never encountered a more caring Dentist. The entire staff is beautiful inside and out. She does not try and push anything extra that a person doesnt need. Downie is amazing and is very knowledgeable.
The staff is very nice and personable and they go above and beyond with everything they do to make sure you are happy. As soon as you walk into their office, you can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere. I just moved to the area and was looking to get established with a new Dentist. Downie is the best dentist I have found in Florida in the 9 years I have lived here and I must say I will now keep up with my every 6 month appointments! The hygienist was awesome and gentle and Dr. Downie is a fabulous dentist who takes the time to sit and talk with her patients and determine a plan of care that is right for them. WOW! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist that is compassionate. One of the most important things for me was not being judged on my neglect of my teeth. They take insurance which is a HUGE plus for a local office and open on Saturdays! Super happy with them, and with my friend for recommending them! Ill be having my husband go to this office as well. They didnt try to sell me a bunch of things I didnt need, they cared about me and my health. However, it was COMPLETELY worth the drive! I was super impressed with the office, the hygienist (I had a cleaning while I was there), and the care and concern of the dentist. I was very hesitant because I live in Apollo Beach, and driving to South Tampa for an appointment was not fun. I was complaining to a friend about it and he recommended that I come to see her. Downie because Ive been through several dentists in the last few years.
